Ask almost any English teacher or student, and he or she will tell you the worst thing about learning English is learning grammar. It seems to be an almost universal belief that learning English is the mechanics of "boring" or "hard". Then, to make matters worse, if studying a foreign language is that you, like Spanish, you have to learn a new set of rules of grammar, and sometimes very thought that inhibits those who would otherwise be interested in learning Spanish.
However, you should not let their bad memories of learning grammar prevent it from the study of Spanish. English and Spanish are based on Latin languages, so they share many attributes, grammar and learning of any kind becomes easier the more you develop, ie becomes greater. This goes against the norm beliefs, I know, everyone says, "young people start, the easier it is," but this simply is not true in terms of grammar and mechanics are concerned. Grammar is nothing more than the uses of language, and all that requires is a logical structure of the language they are learning - if it comes to English, Spanish, French or German. The older you are, the logic becomes easier.
Now, it is even easier to learn Spanish and use of mechanics, so there's no need to let the word grammar that scare away from their noble goal to learn Spanish (or any other language for that matter). The Internet now offers galore programs that are designed to help the average person in their quest for fluency in Spanish. With the program, Spanish grammar is very simple to learn and understand.
